Tiffiny Hall reached its 40th anniversary this year.
And the fitness guru has changed the way she approaches her workouts as her body changes.
The mother of two tells Nine Honey that she has learned to alternate between intense sessions and softer routines.
“Your body is constantly changing. So what I’ve learned from women is that we’re incredibly resilient but we need to listen to our bodies and have, you know, training that’s specific to women [that takes into account these fluctuations]’ she said.
Tiffiny says swapping “high-intensity training” for a day of yoga or pilates — or simply planning a “rest day” — works wonders.
A big part of moving forward in your changing body is “not comparing yourself to other people,” she says.
“Having that mindset of acceptance and self-compassion is really important,” the fitness expert explained.
“Women’s bodies change rapidly and go through many stages, you know, from being in perfect health in your twenties to thinking about conception (if they choose), then pregnancy, then postpartum, then menopause, then menopause, ” she said.

“We’re constantly fluctuating with our hormones,” she added, explaining that it’s not the same for men.
It comes after the TV star shared the raw reality of being a mother of two.
Tiffiny showed off her “mommy bod” in a post on Instagram, encouraging women to be proud of their post-baby shape.
Posing in a crop top and cycling shorts, her mum was on display as she beamed for the camera.
“Your dear Mumbod. There were so many shots I loved from this shoot, I felt so strong and powerful on the day,” she wrote.

“But like all mothers, depending on how I stand, how I tense my muscles or how high my pants are, my stomach and loose skin can look very different.”
She continued: “I don’t want to keep this one hidden. It took me quite some time to get to the mindset I have today.
“And sure, I still have my moments, but I can honestly say that I love my loose skin as a constant reminder and celebration of my beautiful babies, as my belly was their home for a short time.”
Tiff concluded, “For all moms struggling with their own ‘jump forward’ journey, remember that self-love and acceptance doesn’t happen overnight.
“It comes and goes and we often have to work hard. Nurture and nourish your body every chance you get, be patient, surround yourself with positivity and most of all, be kind to yourself. #love the loose skin in #mumbod’.

Earlier this year, the celebrity fitness trainer took to Instagram to share her amazing physique in a sizzling bikini after shedding 40kg following the birth of her second child.
In the photo, Tiffiny is seen standing proudly, coconut in hand, in a striped swimsuit on the beach.
The former Biggest Loser star captioned the pic with some heartwarming words.
“My intention last January was to enjoy my journey back to fitness and stay strong,” she wrote.
“It’s amazing to be here, a year later, after having such a great time with the love and support of my friends, family and coaches. It’s really about the journey, not the destination.’

Her approach to wellness has always been holistic, and this time was no different.
Tiff explained that her accomplishments were not through fad diets or strict scale monitoring, but through celebrating non-scale victories.
“Running my first KM, watching my kids at the park, learning to squat again after knee surgery, fitting into old jeans,” explained Tiffiny.
She also encouraged the importance of enjoying each step taken towards a healthier self.
“Thank you for all your lovely messages of encouragement and support throughout the year. It really kept me going,” she wrote, acknowledging the power of shared support during personal journeys.
Tiffiny shares daughter Vada, one, and son Arnold, six, with comedian husband Ed Kavalee.
